Advertise in our FARM Gathering Program Book
NEW DEADLINE for ad purchase (and artwork due date) is September 22, 2026.
Our FARM Gathering Program is a professionally designed 8.5 x 11 booklet. The front and back covers are in color; however, advertising is only available in black and white or grey scale. These programs are a great resource, typically kept from year to year. In addition to the full conference schedule, they contain showcase artist photos/bios, award recipient tributes and most importantly, attendee contact information.
Your advertisement will be seen by attendees of the conference as well as non-attending sponsors and other interested parties. The potential exposure is several hundred music professionals and the cost is incredibly affordable.

Ad specifications are as follows:
- File format: jpg, png, pdf
- File size: 300 dpi
- Files must be grayscale or black and white
- File Name should include Name + Ad Size (i.e. Name-quarterpage.jpg)
Pricing (Sizes – will be reduced slightly to fit within page margins)
- 1/4 page (4.25w x 5.5h) = $75
- 1/2 page horizontal (8.5w x 5.5h) = $100
- 1/2 page vertical (4.25w x 11h) = $100
- Full page (8.5w x 11h) = $175
Tote Bag Stuffers
Additionally, we provide all of our attendees with our eco-friendly, very useable tote bag or similar perk. For only $75 we’ll include your swag in all bags. Because we are making an effort to be ecologically conscious we ask that you think ‘green’ with your swag as well. Reusable items such as stickers, pens, key chains, CDs work great! Postcards and flyers are fine, but keep in mind that these items can be put on our display tables for no charge.
Tote Bag Instructions
If you plan to arrive to the hotel before 6pm on Wednesday, October 21, you can bring your items with you. Otherwise, use the following guidelines for shipping:
Items must arrive by Wednesday, Oct 21 and preferably no earlier than October 19th
