Wasn’t that great?!?! FARM 2016 is in the books, and from what we experienced, and you said, we had a fantastic long weekend of music, community, fun, music, great food, friendship, music, and Champ.
A few people we really need to thank include:
- Official Showcases – Lee Herman
- Private Showcases –Jacquelyn Strickland
- Venue Presenter Showcases – Nancy Freeman
- 25th Anniversary Celebration – Nancy Freeman
- DJ Showcase – Karen Impola
- Printed Program – Annie Capps
- On Line Private Showcase listing – Brian B
- Performance Lane – Joan Hellman
- Registrar – Doug Adams
- Sound – Maurice Smeets
- Video – Snapshot Video
- Nametags – Emily White
- Private Showcase Food Inspector – Champ Smith
We are in recovery mode (still). All caught up on sleep, but some wrapping up to do. For YOUR To Do list, if you attended, consider ordering videos to remember your performance (or the performances of others). You can get a video file or DVD of a single Official or Venue / DJ Showcase performance for only $20. Or, the entire shebang for only $50. Go HERE and scroll down to where you can pay for videos. Or you can always send an email to info@farmfolk.org and we’ll figure it out. Videos will be ready about New Years. If you really really need your individual performance video sooner, perhaps to submit for something, we can work on expediting.
DID YOU TAKE ANY GOOD PIX THIS YEAR? Send them to us (best via email to info@farmfolk.org)! We’ll use them on our Social Media, Newsletters, Website, and paste them on the bathroom wall at FARM Central Office. Check out the great shot Devin Latimer took at 4am (see below).
We hope you provided suggestions for next year, or for anything at all, on your Conference Feedback Form. We really do read each and every one and take them to heart. But, we also love to hear from you ANY TIME, via email, at info@farmfolk.org. Tell us what you think.
Last but not least, it is a year round job to execute a conference like this. If you are willing to help out between now and the 2017 conference (especially the three months or so leading up to the conference) WE NEED YOU! And how would you let us know of your interest. Yup – info@farmfolk.org.
Peace and love and all things music, Smitty & Champ & all of us at FARM.
